Sample Segmentation
Sample segmentation is a combination of the benefits of semantic segmentation and object detection. With sample segmentation, objects can be accurately assigned to different classes at the pixel level. This technology is particularly useful in applications where objects are very close to each other, touch each other, or overlap. Common uses of this technology include random picking of objects from boxes (mass selection) and identification and measurement of the growth of microorganisms.
